Compte tenu du niveau de prestation et du standing annoncé pour cet appartement, ce type de problème n’est pas normal et
Positive: Appartement agréable dans l’ensemble, avec une configuration très appréciable et surtout un environnement calme.
Negative: En revanche, plusieurs points négatifs sont à signaler concernant l’entretien et le fonctionnement des équipements. La propreté du bac à douche laissait à désirer. La petite chasse d’eau des toilettes ne fonctionnait pas et la machine à laver présentait également un problème.
